The B3 building, designed by the Liège-based firm 51N4E, is a contemporary glass-and-steel structure shaped like an L.
Its façades feature curtain walls partially covered with inclined zinc-and-glass sunshades, creating a double-skin design.
Spread over five floors and covering 17,500 m², it is heated through geothermal energy and equipped with 1,000 m² of solar panels.
