How do you get there?
To get there, you’ll need to follow a route worthy of a speakeasy: enter the prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel, take the elevator to the 18th floor, then walk up the very top floor via a staircase leading to the 19th floor (the penthouse). The surprise is complete when the doors open to reveal a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view.
