French Fries Museum Bruges
Bruges, West Flanders
Opened in May 2008, this museum is the only one in the world dedicated to the history of the potato and French fries. It contains a collection of machines used for harvesting, processing, sorting, and cooking potatoes. It also shows the place of Belgian French fries in culture.
