Boat lift #3 on the Canal du Centre

The boat lifts on the Canal du Centre are a set of four hydraulic structures built in Belgium between 1888 and 1917 to compensate for a 66-meter difference in elevation. This lift compensates for a difference in elevation of 16.93 meters.
