Ortmans-Hauzeur Fountain

The Ortmans Fountain is a monumental fountain located in the Belgian town of Verviers, built by the Verviers authorities who wanted to show their gratitude to Mayor Jean-François Ortmans-Hauzeur, who died in 1885, for having built the Gileppe Dam in 1878, which brought running water and drinking water to the city’s homes.
