Arne Quinze designed a series of sculptures called “Rock Strangers” for the city of Ostend. These unusual sculptures are located in surprising places, such as the renovated Zeeheldenplein, an iconic location in the city, where they appear to have been washed up by the waves. Their bright orange color creates a striking contrast with their natural surroundings, creating a surprising visual effect.
