Roman Bridge

Roman Bridge

Montignies-Saint-Christophe , Hainaut

The so-called Roman Bridge of Montignies-Saint-Christophe, near Erquelinnes, is originally neither a bridge nor Roman. In fact, it is an old dam that was later converted into a bridge. It may date back to the late Middle Ages.
