Searching for Utopia is a work of art by Belgian artist Jan Fabre. Searching for Utopia depicts a turtle enlarged several times over with a rider (the artist’s self-portrait) looking toward the horizon. The bronze sculpture is seven meters long, three meters high, and weighs five and a half tons.

Jan Fabre is a Belgian artist, sculptor, choreographer, and theater director, born in 1958 in Antwerp.
